I waited so long to start this blog that I didn’t want to delay it any longer because of fretting over which restaurant would land the very first post. And fret I did. I was over thinking things. I know a lot of people in the restaurant business and hold many as favorites and I didn’t want restaurant friends to think, “Hey, why was so-and-so restaurant first?” As if my words and my posts will have such profound persuasion on diner’s habits. But fret I did. So instead of featuring one restaurant for the first post I present to you instead a snapshot from several of my favorite places and people.
